Fee Regulation

Fee Ragulation

Levitating Books

First and foremost, we wish to point out that the school fees and other charges are announced much before the beginning of the new academic session every year. Any raise in the fees and other charges for the forthcoming session is decided by the Governing Body of the school in the month of January keeping in view the regulations laid down by the Education Department, Haryana and duly filled in Form VI. The same fee structure is made available to the parents through the seat-reservation circular, the school website as well as Information Brochure. The parents of the students already studying in the school are supposed to reserve their wards’ seats for the next session by paying a Seat Reservation Fee which is later adjusted in the first quarterly charges. It may be noted that the school reserves the right to enhance the school fees as per government bylaws every year. Once the school fees is announced, no raise is done throughout the session.

Transport FeeOptional fee payable only by students who avail of school transport facility to be paid along with school fees within the first 10 days of each quarter

The academic year is divided into four quarters as under :

Quarterly Distribution of the Academic year

Quarter – I     April to June

Quarter – II    July to September

Quarter – III    October to December

Quarter – IV    January to March

  1. School Fees are payable for the whole academic year i.e. 12 months from April to March.

  2. Parents are supposed to pay all the school charges only on a quarterly basis. However, in case a parent wants to pay the total school fees and other applicable charges of the year in one go in advance at the beginning of the session, the school offers a lumpsum amount of Rs.4000/- as a concession.

  3. A student will be allowed to attend classes in the new session only after his/her dues are deposited.

  4. Last date to deposit the fee (without late fee) : up to 24:00 midnight of the 10th day of the due month. The due months for quarterly fee payments are April, July, October, and January. After the due date i.e. from 11th day of the month the system will automatically charge a late fee fine @ Rs 50/- per day. In case the student fails to deposit the fee by the 20th day of the due month, the school has the right to serve a ten days notice, through any media of communication, for striking off the name of the student in question from the rolls of the school as per Section 24 of Haryana School Education Rules, 2003. On the expiry of the ten days notice period, the name of the student will automatically stand struck off from the rolls of the school without any further communication. If the parent wants to seek re-admission for his/her ward in the school, the student will be treated as a new applicant and can be admitted/denied admission depending upon the vacancy of the seat and at the sole discretion of school management. If allowed admission, he/she will have to pay the Admission Fee as applicable during that academic session like a fresh candidate.
